Shipping & Refund Policy

You can get your Nature’s ice cream shipped directly to your doorstep or pick up at the Nature’s store in Fremont.

We are currently shipping only within the SF Bay Area. We deliver 7 days a week and your time of delivery will be dependent on your location. Shipping charges are based on your location and shipping option selected at checkout.

If you would like us to ship the ice cream outside SF Bay Area then email us at [email protected] and we will respond within a few hours.

Pickup in-store (Fremont) is available anytime between 12:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M (Monday to Thursday) & 11:00 A.M. to 10:00 P.M (Friday & Satuday) and Sunday 11:00 A.M. to 9:00 P.M.

Once you place the order on our website, you will receive an order confirmation email with the order tracking number.

We guarantee 100% satisfaction. If you received a melted product then please do us a favor and take some photos of the damaged product and email us at [email protected]. We will do our best to fix it as soon as possible.

Due to our food safety policy, we do not accept returns but if there is any issue with the order then please email us at [email protected] and we will do our best to fix it as soon as possible.
