Scope of this Notice

All information collected by Nature’s Organic Ice Cream is provided directly from the customer or franchisee applicant. - “Contact Us” Forms
- Nature’s Organic Ice Cream Mail program registration (via in-store or online sign-up, including emails you may receive from friends and/or family recommending you join Nature’s Organic Ice Cream)
- Online orders including products such as, but not limited to, ice creams, cakes, cupcakes, and litres, as well as Nature’s Organic Ice Cream free coupon and gift cards
- Social media, particularly with respect to contesting and offers

We may share data within the Nature’s Organic Ice Cream family of companies, which includes all direct and indirect subsidiaries of parent company Nature’s Organic Ice Cream.
